Haaga-Helia is a private polytechnic that trains experts in business and service industries and researches and develops know-how and activities related to these fields.

Our study fields include business economics, information technology, the hotel, restaurant and tourism industry, business service solutions and languages, journalist training, the sports industry and professional teacher training. Our students must have strong ties to working life as soon as they graduate. In our operations, we invest in entrepreneurship, cooperation, innovation and internationality.

Haaga-Helia’s more than 11,000 students in Helsinki, Vierumäki and Porvoo welcome you to join them. You can study flexibly according to your own life situation, either full-time or while working.
We have a wide range of polytechnic and master’s degrees in both Finnish and English. In addition, we also train vocational teachers, study counselors and vocational special educators. In addition to full degrees, we can complete smaller entities and individual courses as specialization and continuing education or at our open polytechnic.
