About University of Manitoba

Campus

In addition to two main campuses — Fort Garry and Bannatyne — the University of Manitoba has multiple satellite sites throughout the province and research settings around the world. The University features new, modern facilities complemented by historic buildings that have defined the campus for more than a century. These innovative spaces enrich the experiences of students, our community and visitors to campus.

Since 1877, the University of Manitoba has been driving discovery and inspiring minds through innovative teaching and research excellence. Proudly located in the heart of Canada, the U of M has a strong and engaged community of students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors and community partners. With more than 145,000 alumni living in 140 countries, our impact is global.
